Fuzz Foundry transistor orientation?

Could anyone confirm the orientation for a pair of 2n3906 PNP transistors on the Fuzz Foundry? There is a flat side on these transistors but I'm not sure which direction it should go in relation to the pcb and the tab marking. I'd hate to mess up my only pair.

Yes! Will do. Also, do you know if NPN transistors can be used in this circuit? Would I need to alter something in the wiring? Thanks!

Usually too many changes in the circuit needed to switch from pnp to non

check the pinouts for the og tranny vs the 3906. then just adjust as necessary

Orient the 2N3906's the same as Q1 on the board. Using Si in place of Ge will alter the biasing, but this beast has so many pots you should be able to adjust out the variations between transistors. I agree with zgrav, reversing polarity is a pain and usually not worth the hassle. It's doable, but requires more parts to make -9V.
