FV1 based polyphonic synth?

How would you go about doing that? Something similar to the Synth9, but with 3-8 presets and 3 available knobs?

Especially using something like SpinCAD.

Seems like the Organ Donor pedal is in the ballpark for what the FV-1 can do in that area.
