Germanium 2 several issues ; help needed

Hello,
I have no sound with this one, only a sound that make me think about a very bad contact.
I started to debug, and i first found 2 dead transistors.
But still no sound.
I checked the voltages, and i found a 2M2 res instead of a 2K2 at Q6 emitter. I fixed it but still no sound.

So i report the voltages i have in case there is a problem with them :

Transistor E B C
Q1 4.7 5.2 8.9
Q2 5.2 5.7 8.6
Q3 0.2 0.8 4.6 weird
Q4 0.2 0.8 4.6 weird
Q5 0.04 0.6 3.9
Q6 1.2 1.7 8.2

Thanks for any help, i am new to transistors, i know better tubes

Hi again. Sorry you are having so many issues.

With that in mind, can you post some pictures of the build to help diagnose the issue?
Front and back is preferred. Good luck, and I hope it gets solved quickly.

Have you verified the rest of the component values? There are a number of spots that don’t have transistors installed. Also, is the tone pot isolated? It could me making contact with components and causing a short. The bypass wiring seems okay.

I don't think it's correct to get 0.04 volt at a emitter, even with a 100 R resistor. This transistor should work hard with a so low emitter resistor value, no? I don't know transistors, as i said previously, but someone can confirm? It's a lead, no? At least?

Not all germanium diodes will work well. They need to be low leakage or they will kill the gain.

BTW, 40mV across a 100Ω resistor = 400μA which is correct for this circuit.
