Getting squealing with the SWARM/Flock. Schematic?

It only happens on rotary positions 1-3. So i figured that the schematic might help narrow down what is going on.

Only weird interaction is if i turn the pedal on when on the bad settings, then switch to the "working ones" it keeps oscillating/whining. If i turn on the pedal on any other setting (4-9) it works perfectly fine.

I just saw a thread where Robert said to make sure to turn the switch fully CCW before putting in the limiting washer. I'm wondering if I did that and if that would have caused this
