Hey Everyone!
So I would like to announce a small raffle for the Holidays! This forum has offered me with so much information and how to that its only right to give back the way i know how! This is a thank you to you guys and all you have provided!
I have made 4 enclosures, which means you have 4 chances to win but can only win once! For those of you who do not win but want the thrill to make it yourself, then I got you covered! I'm providing the Flat Pattern for the body, door, and walls!
Of course I will provide help and advice to anyone who wants to make it!
ENCLOSURES:
The enclosures are made with folded 18 ga steel and 4mm thick aluminum. The walls are riveted to the body but before doing so they were buffed out on a buffering wheel to give the shine they have. Bodies have been powder coated in either black jack or phantom clear coat. Only the jack holes have been provided, the end user will have to drill their own hole layout.
RULES:
In order to participate, you must make a post to this thread. What kind of post? Literally anything.....the idea is that i will choose an end date. At said date i will use the post counter and raffle the numbers all together. Whichever 4 numbers get picked wins! Simple!
END DATE:
January 2nd 2025!
The files that are provided are 1:1s. Please DO NOT scale your printer in any way. You should be able to not only print out the design but use it to cut out your enclosure and make the holes. The bend lines are provided as well. For those of you who have a metal brake this will be very useful as all you need to do is line up the bend lines and youre good to go!
***The screw holes for the doors are tapped to M3.5 machine screws. The rivet holes are drilled to 1/8in diameter. Please print out the door and walls on letter paper and the body on legal paper as it will not fit on letter sized paper. If i missed anything please feel free to ask!***
EDIT: JUST ATTACHED THE ORDER OF BENDS PDF FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD IT!
