Noted, thank you. I also just realized that the 6-pin male header is for the footswitch. That answers all my questions.I used this:

That's correct. If I can I'll open mine up and snap a pic so you can see how the layers stack up.
I'm pretty sure the 3PDT breakout sits below the top PCB, so basically you want to solder the male pinheader to the 3PDT breakout board first with the pins pointing upwards, then drop the top board down on top of them and solder in place.

That would be helpful, but I could always do some dry runs to figure it out before I start soldering. Now where the hell can I find a 500R trimpot?...

Oddly some trimpots don't show up in Tayda's search results if you include "trim" or "trimpot" in the query.
Searching for "500 ohm" does it. This applies to several others as well. I wonder how much stuff we're missing in there because of little quirks like this?

Ok. I'll keep that in mind. None of the parts linked in the parts list are in stock, so I have to dig around a bit.
I got this stuff and it measures 11mm...does that mean 11mm of clearance works for this build?I used this:

Ah, so these 11 mm headers will work for the build? Do you know the maximum distance that the PCBs can be spaced from each other?

I'm currently sourcing parts for the Electro-Vibe Mini and I'm confused about the headers. Looking at the specs for these, the combined male & female height of just the black plastic is around 11mm. From what I can tell, the 7371 bulb is nearly 16mm overall, with about half of that being the base (approx. 8mm). So, with 11mm of header and 1.6mm of PCB thickness, only 3 to 3.4mm of bulb would be poking through.I used this:

Would these possibly be a better combination at an overall height of around 8mm? Thanks in advance!

Thanks! I’ll try both header options since these parts are inexpensive at Tayda.
In the meantime, I’ll search the forum for light shield ideas (hot glued bottle cap lined with foil?).
