Help with Tayda Drill service

I obviously have no idea what I'm doing. I ordered 4 125B enclosures and 4 drilling services. My understanding was after checkout they would show up in the Tool box page to choose your drilling pattern. That didn't happen, and Tayda just said I did it wrong and they were cancelling y order and I had to reorder. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

That should be right.
After about 15 minutes, you should have the option on the left handside to "create a job" based on what you purchased (i.e. pairing the drill template with the enclosure).
I don't see what could be wrong if you purchased the 125B custom drilling service.

and not the "additional" holes, yeah? and also not four drilling service items for a different enclosure size?

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I've done it too many times myself.
