Went through and filled out this board -- powered it up, and found it unresponsive. Alright, getting down to debugging:
I checked connections, there was power going in, but no power at any point afterwards. Weird. Checked the connection -- the wire itself was getting 9.16V. OK.
Chceked the underside and noticed a bit of copper at the solder point. Weird. Pushed at it with my tweezers and the trace sprung up (see picture below).
Now, I'm thinking a jumper from the power in to the copper circle the trace ends at, but I wanted to make sure that would work -- I've seen the schematic, but I'm not familiar with the tracing across the board other than what I can see here.
