Hydra Low Volume

I have a dual hydra build going. One works just fine (I damaged a trace on the feedback pad of lug 2 and had to jumper it to the fv1 chip).

The other one is throwing me for a loop. It is very low volume. Increasing the value of the volume pot from b100k to b500k does increase the level to unity but the sound is unpleasant. I reflowed all my solder joints and checked the value on all my caps and resistors. They're correct, so I could really use help from one of the eagle eyes.

Is the volume low with the Mix control at opposite extremes?

It looks like you have a 12K installed for R4 (instead of 15K).

Thank you for your reply! The volume is low throughout.

I do have a sole 12k resistor there, I ran out of 15k's.I played around with the values there 10k to 18k and did not produce any discernible effect different from how it currently functions.
