Arachnid V2 Low Volume

Hey, everyone.
I have built lot of Pedal PCB products and most turn out great.This one I'm hvaing an issue with the volume being lower than unity even with the volume know all the way up. Doesn't see to be right but I may be wrong. The pedal is unusable as it is.

I've tried a few things that I found per this thread: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/increase-pedal-output-gain.3898/ but no difference

1. Swapping R20 and R 21 from 15k to 8k.
2. Swapping R10 from a 15k to a 22k

Anyone have a fix?

Can you post pictures? There are several things that can cause low volume, but without pictures, I don't know where to tell you to begin except to say, check all your resistor values, and reflow your solder joints.

Here is a pic for reference. Barring incorrect resistor values and poor solder joints, is there a known mod to boost the output volume.It's seems like several folks have this same issue. Or, has people built it and its fine for them.

I built it and it has unity volume with no mods.
