If You’re looking for organizers…

I'm looking for a better way to organise both my 1/4W resistors and my 1w carbon films (for amps). It's mainly the 1/4W resistors I'd like to have a better system for. Currently I have them stored in a box with all the little plastic bags in order of value. Opening and closing the bags then replacing them takes more time than finding my caps in a segmented plastic box similar to that one shown above.

I have around 100 resistor values. I don't want to bend them to fit in a box as I build on Vero as well as PCB. Something with drawers would be great but 100 drawers?? How do you guys organise them?

I use aftermarket dividers with the akro mils drawer cabinets. I have 2/3rds of a 64 drawer one for resistors, with most divided into 4 compartments except for values I use a ton of. I’ve tried a few aftermarket dividers (the akro mils ones will not work for anything but bigger components) and all have their plusses and minuses. Bin Better makes FR4 dividers that are the most useful I’ve used but I’ll be honest the akro mils cabinets just kind of suck but there’s really no cabinet options without spending 4x. Even with the dividers things occasionally shift around but if I didn’t have them I’d have nooo clue how to organize my parts. Just wish they were a little higher quality
