Finally got this one working with the help of some of you guys. Turns out I had the wrong value for 5 resistors. For the art work, I took a chance on something I learned from CodyTheWizard. It's basically layering coats of Mod Podge over whatever paper printout you want. I think it turned out cool.

This pedal is killer. Hands down my favorite drive pedal right now.

I really like how the texture from the mod podge works with the art style so it looks like a painting. Very cool.
