Intelligent relay module DPT

Anyone know how wire this relay to a PedalPCB board? The top connections are not marked. @Robert any suggestions?

I am using it to momentary control a second PCB. I am running a fuzz face into the Ocelot.

The pads aren’t labeled (A1,A2,A3. B1,B2,B3)?

You can also put power to it and confirm with a meter that 2 should be center, 1&3 the poles

Thanks, @Robert! I assume that the pads with the green line need to be bridged?
