Interesting take on a Klon

I just found a free Klon plugin. For a few hundred dollars less, I'm sure it sounds roughly the same when you use it to push your FL Studio Plexi.

This is truly baffling to me and goes against everything the centaur is built around...pushing a tube amp 🤡🤦 maybe the magic diodes are good for simulating digital amp breakup in sims. 😂😂😂
as much as i agree how silly this all is, there still is benefit to be had from whatever EQ/tone shaping goes on in an analog unit.

blasting an audio interface with heaps of gain/output to cause ?digital breakup? sounds very silly to me.
...but for what it's worth, i'll often practice songs with the pedalboard -> interface -> DAW (amp sims + IRs), so i can practice quietly without disturbing others.
like everything with DAW/interfaces, it's about setting input levels appropriately.

I have a two notes captor and can m+ connected to my amp and daw for this very reason🤷 also bought a SS amp that has a headphone jack. If I'm being honest here I'm not really sure why they included that in this pedal because they crowd that would buy this pedal would most likely play time based effects after it thus defeating the purpose of the jack.

how much gear does one need to smoke before pushing retail prices like that?
holy guacamole.

It's a limited edition due to using limited edition special red LEDs — very special LEDs sourced from a secret supplier who uses a boutique blend of indium gallium phosphide to get a specific Fv to the 10th decimal place for extra mojo in matched sets — you just won't be able to get the same tones from ordinary red LEDs.
