I tried to purchase some enclosure on this website and my bank rejected the paiment saying it is potential fraud, anyone heard of these guys?

1.80$ for 1590BB painted enclosure, seemed suspicious...

Can't find much on scam adviser or scam void,

What do you think? Does the site look reliable to you?

A simple question for any web shop. Where are they shipping from? Where are they located? Which country?

There's no information at all there. Their only contact address is a gmail address, and if you google for that you find a bunch of warning about scams and a list of other scam stores.

You're lucky your bank was on the ball here, but to be honest you fell for a pretty bad scam store.

If you click the "Welcome to our shop!" link in the corner it gives you a phone number of +855 123-4547. If you do a google search of that phone number it brings up a truckload of suspicious websites selling a large variety of products at suspicious prices.

+855 is the country code for Cambodia, which seems to be a global hub of online scam centers.

I check out new web sites with ScamAdviser. It appears PartsSuperMarketShop is only 1 month old and started in Hong Kong.
Here's a direct link to ScamAdviser looking at PartsSuperMarketShop.
I'm leaning toward it being a scam site of some sort.

WHOIS says they're in China, and opened 09/19/24. They sell a lot of nuts and bolts and stuff. And window cleaner. An odd assortment.....

Whoa, yeah, they're a scam. They are using CE Distribution PART NUMBERS and pictures. And some of the stuff they have look like stuff I bought recently, like they're just reading my cookies and actively retrieving stuff.

Yeah, a good rule of thumb for the internet is basically...if you have any reason to ask "is this a scam," it's probably a yes, or at bare minimum not worth the hassle of finding out, lol.

Yea I was not really questioning whether or not it was a scam, just pointing out I found a website that is a scam, in case that can help someone googling for it. Kind of a kind way to contribute I thought. But thanks anyways to all the captain obvious out there
