It's two Mad Professor Deep Blue Delays in Series with one having the feedback lowpass adjusted a bit and the momentary bypassing the "repeats"-pot. You can just stack two of the Seadbed-Delays (https://docs.pedalpcb.com/project/SeabedDelay.pdf), Wire a momentary footswitch between lug 2&3 on the repeats pot and change the value of C15 (higher for darker sound, lower for more treble in the repeats) and there you go
