first analog delay!
didn’t disappoint!
holy crap.
love this thing.

build docs are pretty easy to follow, took a while to build, that’s expected, but with great relief - it wasn’t actually that tricky to bias and dial in.

sounds incredible.
the modulation actually works on this delay. it’s wild and delicious.
so satisfying to crank and ride the feedback/repeats at the edge of oscillation - this one seems to do it really well.

attempted a demo, i've tried to showcase how great it sounds with and without modulation.

if i were to change one thing, it would be the taper of the rate pot (A1M)
for me, i find the best/useable part of it's range is up in highest 3/4 segment, but its really tricky to fine tune where i want it.
so I supposed C taper would be the one to try.

Holy trim pots batman!
don’t let the 8 trimpots intimidate you, it’s all quite logical and perceivable, all you need is a good audio probe rig and meter with Hz counter/reader. tbh i had way more difficulty biasing/dialing in a mutron phasor ii (vero build).

Looks great, I have one of these boards and the bbd's waiting to be built, this post is good motivation.
ayy that’s the spirit 🤟🏻 it’s expensive, takes time, but i reckon this build is 100% worth it
