leprechaun problem

Just built this and have no chorus. it has somewhere between a reverb and echo. Checked all resistors and caps right value and location. could the 4069 ic cause this? or can it be a bad fv-1. any help would be appreciated.

I'm bad I did'nt put in an expression jack. I missed the jumper on the jack pads. It works fine.

It's supposed to sound quite strange with an odd combination of chorus/delay/filtering and sweeps. Have you heard the demo of what the original sounds like?

The 4069 chip is the clock controller and replaces the normal crystal & cap combo to control the clock. The "Tracking" control (B25K) is what controls that clock speed.

I'm assuming this has been resolved by jumpering the expression pads on the PCB.
