SOLVED Little Green Scream Machine TS 808 Build sounds restricted...

I actually don't know why I'm here yet, I know I have to check and double check my components and the wires to and from the pots. But maybe there's a known issue I'm unaware of or I'm expecting something more out of it. This is my first Little Green Scream Machine build, but not my first TS circuit. Compared to 2 other builds from byoc, this one seems a little held back. Like it's missing some of it's heft. I feel the gain circuit needs investigating on my end for a wrong component value, but maybe someone can confirm this circuit's beefiness compared to other TS builds? Thanks in advance.
Oh, this TS circuit is going in a multi effect build before a 5150 preamp drive circuit. I did think that perhaps the 5150 was such a gain monster that it over powered anything the TS was doing, but no. I also have a TS into a Mesa dual rec preamp drive circuit, and the TS is a noticeable addition to the gained out mesa. So....
And I also went through another TS build I had and went into the 5150 circuit and the TS was noticeable with the 5150, so it's nothing with the 5150 circuit...
If I do come back here with a problem, I'll have pics and audio.

You’re at the right place, the LGSM has plenty of “heft”. TS808 is the mother of all TS. I’ve built 2 and they are great. I compared one with a Commercial TS-9 and they were virtually identical. I had a maybe similar issue with a Frost bite recently, it was working, but it seemed weak. Turned out I had a wrong cap. It was sucking all the signal after the second opamp. So I would say, start with you cap values.

But like you said, first is the standard value check, caps and diode orientation, visual inspection etc.

Good luck !

For the record, I have come to see that a TS circuit going into a High Gain PreAmp pcb circuit doesn't quite act like a TS going into a gain channel of an amp. I think I'm better off with the stage 3 boost that adds some mids and treb after he PreAmp circuit.
