I’ve replaced all the transistors with SMT ones and biased it up and still no OD no distortion here’s a couple of money shots if anyone can spot my mistake(s) appreciate it .more pics if needed

Silly question but are the transistors in backwards? Depending on where you got the adapter board the pinout can be funky

not silly whatsoever it wasnt too log ago I did put em in wrong but nah they're in right would the circuit pass any signal if they were in wrong?
