can you check your input and output lugs, they may be in the wrong lugs depending on the brand of jacks

Pretty sure you have to connect the inpit/output wires to the "left side" lug on each jack

Magnetron is a pt2399 delay. The board in your pic has an fv-1.

The jack only has 3 pins, it's a mono, only did a visual inspection and the, what in the picture says Tip switched, looked like the tip, will try to connect to the tip later when I get home.

The only things that can cause no sound in bypass are wiring, jacks, and the footswitch itself. (and of course external factors like a bad cable)

There is nothing on the PCB that can affect the bypassed signal.

To +1 everyone else, I'm pretty sure you have the I/O wires on the wrong lugs of the jacks. You can see all of the variants of these on the datasheet: https://www.taydaelectronics.com/datasheets/files/A-1121.pdf

The different versions add more lugs, but the location of a given lug never changes.

Fixed, the volume drop on the wet signal is a bummer tho
