Hello. There is continuity between all grounds, dual gong pot is isolated, op amps are the right way in, and there doesn't appear to be any solder bridges or bad joints. The noise is very pronounced. Any ideas as to what it might be?

1. Multiple posts won't get help any quicker, but might just get you flamed.
2. Read the other troubleshooting posts and follow their lead. Post clear pix of the insides. Do some more visual inspection.
