Might need some negative resistors

It just occurred to me that as I'm tweaking the Gauss Drive and reducing the value of R16 lower and lower I may get to the point where I need some negative value resistors. I've gone from 4K7 to 1K, thinking of trying 100R so where do I go from there? Where can I get some -1K resistors? It seems for some bizarre reason that Tayda don't stock them. Crazy!

I'm sure you can find a Bozo ? on eBay who will sell you some!

But before you do that, try reducing R18 to 15K. It will enhance the BASS control range at the expense of the TREBLE control range. If you want to recover the TREBLE range, reduce R19 to 4.7K.

Thanks Chuck. I just liked the idea of negative value resistors. I'm completely happy with the bass response now and now that I have satisfied my curiosity with various values for R16 I'm done. I was wondering about messing around with the treble values and may still try a few things but again, it sounds damn near perfect now.
