What am I looking for (V) biasing the Jfets to?

50% of input is usually a good starting place

I believe around 1/2 VCC but I can measure the original tomorrow and let you know.

(Elbow deep in vacuum sealer maintenance this evening)

Q2 - 4.3V
Q3 - 4.46V
Q4 - 4.75V
