New Bermuda Triangle just dropped.

This reminds me of the one time a record I ordered went from Brooklyn (which is like an hour away from me) to New Jersey, to Washington (state, not DC), to North Carolina, to Jacksonville, back to Washington, back to New Jersey, back to Jacksonville, back to Waahington, to Oregon for a week and a half, to North Carolina Again, back to New Jersey, back to Washington, and back to New York but nowhere near me, back to New Jersey, and finally to the part of NY I’m in, at which point it was delivered

I have family that work in the Postal System, the problem with the Post Office is there is no longer any accountability, some of the folks follow procedure, some don't follow it and the rest don't care. So, the hardliners will send a package back where it came from because it's not procedure, and the slackers will send it wherever to get it off their watch. The local Post Masters don't care about anything but helping their besties get promoted and nothing is done on merit anymore. If you have a Postmaster that cares, their hands are tied from doing anything about the issues.

Oh geez. I’ve had a few packages that did that over the years. It was quite comical watching it go back and forth and round and round. Twice it passed or went through my city in the way to another. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I had something similar happen with a looper pedal I bought from someone on eBay. We had a good laugh about the irony.

Tracking says it’s in Waco, and my local post office called to confirm they have it. Woohoo!

I’m going to stop by tomorrow on way to work and pick up that sweet, sweet Germanium!

I've had packages go through this exact loop. Amarillo to Ft. Worth and back again. I thought it was just a fluke, but maybe it's more the norm than the exception.
