Anyone with an working unity can please post the IC voltages? I've been scratching my head over mine for weeks and can't get it working, there's no sound at all, I already put in new (and working) IC's and pots and nothing.
Looks like it'd be your standard VREF voltages around half the power supply on your op amp input and output pins and power to pin 8 ground pin 4 for the TL072 and power pin 4 ground pin 11 for the TL074
I don't know the circuit but in your power supply section bottom left of the schematic you've got whatever voltage goes in at the + sign through your 1N5817 dropping about 0.45v along to your voltage divider R101 and 102 which halves that voltage which then goes into IC1.4 pin 12 and out to all your VREF points from pin 14 so if its 9v in you'd expect around 4.5v at the points marked VREF
