Pathogen - multiple Vref

I've just noticed there's a Pathogen schematic available online (build doc). Is it really necessary to have separate reference voltage for each opamp? So far we had two at maximum, with REVV (G3?).

Probably not... the Triple Wreck only had one and it's basically the same circuit.
