I finished building my second pedal last night... man she looks SO clean.

I have a yellow LED and yellow knobs for a sort of "cat like" vibe... now for the painstaking task of painting the words for the knobs. I just finished doing this to my Gherkin Fuzz and the words came out really well!

optional. a bit of an aesthetic choice, and practical if the lead coming through was long and might touch another component.

I always cut the lead but I try not to clip the blob of solder.

I just flush cut it to the board so it makes soldering other components a little easier? IDK, personal preference I guess.

I was in the habit of doing this but I ended up lifting a pad at one point so I try not to cut into the mass anymore.
