PRS makes pedals now

I watched half of the TPS episode with PRS and the pedals. The Horsemeat sounds pretty good and so does the flanger. I would definitely consider building the latter. Also I have to say that horse meat is an acquired taste. A bit too gamy and sweet for my taste.

Ok, I just finally watched one of the PRS Pedal demo's. I have admit I like the dual flanger, whether it's really dual or not.
Question, the flangers are in series right? I mean if it's wind fighting against itself....?
Or is it parallel signal paths that get summed after the LFO's?

Either way, Brian Ewalds demo sounds pretty cool, I like it. I'd build it, or the Byzantium-2.
Or maybe I'll just stack two flangers and get to the same place hahaha......
In the TPS episode of Paul mostly talking over his hosts, but with a lot of host-guest mutual ... "admirations" — well at some point Smith says he likes and used-to run two flangers in series, but then goes on and on and ... says the Wind Through the Trees is a dual parallel flanger, if I recall correctly.

Yeah he did, I just watched that part yesterday!

Does make me wonder: apparently the comp is based on the LA2A. Maybe a silly question but are there any PCBs available here in that “family”?
Bajaman did a layout for something similarish:

I had a PRS McCarty Soapbar in a kinda amber flame top back when they first came out. It wasn't a bright amber; more of dark amber. Whatever it was it was rather nice and not too in-your-face. The guitar played well of course and sounded really good. The P90s were possibly a bit hotter than I would have liked. Apparently they were basically SD Antiquity P90s in a new-looking cream cover. It was easily the best sounding PRS I had played. But after a while something started bugging me about it. It was kinda too nice - too polite maybe. Too processed-sounding or something. I could never put my finger on it.

Then one day I got a Gibson R6 Goldtop with P90s and it rocked! The necks was huge and nowhere near as well finished but played just as well. It had a rude, barking sound that was just glorious. It shook the room when you hit a big E chord. It sounded in the ballpark of the PRS but was ruder, rockier and just had character coming out of its wazoo.

Now my Gibson P90 guitar of choice is a 2015 ES-225 RI. One of the all-time best sounding guitars I have ever heard. I'd still love an R4 but the 225 scratches that itch better than any other P90 guitar. It has relatively low-wind Gibson P90s as stock and sounds huge. I can't imagine a better sounding P90 in this guitar. It can sound sweet and shimmery, sound like a fat jazz box, or sound like the most violent guitar you've ever played. It's incredible.
