Pyrocumulus first time troubleshooting

Hi folks,
I’ve completed my first build and looking for direction on troubleshooting. I’m getting no bypass signal or effect signal. I am getting a small noise difference between the two, and strangely, the volume pot acts as a dimmer for the LED?.
Here’s a pic, note the missing cap is now installed.

Your footswitch is rotated 90 degrees so the switching isn't working properly.
