Radium Springs no effect, only boost from op amp

Hey Guys and Girls,

Recently got a Radium Springs FV-1 board and put it all together only to discover that its not functional as i can figure.

When engaged, signal passes, and using the volume control it will boost, but when you max out the mix control (no dry signal) it fully cuts out.
I'm assuming theres an issue either with the EEPROM or FV-1?

Any help would be great!

Connect a jumper wire from this point to ground, this will activate the internal effects of the FV-1.

If this gives you an effected signal there's an issue with the EEPROM.

Awesome! I'll give that a go. If its not the EEPROM, is it definitely the FV-1 or are there other likely issues?

It could be, but there are other possibilities as well.

I haven't had a lot of defective FV-1 ICs, there's usually something else to blame, but it's always possible.

Yeah tried that and same problem.
I'll replace the voltage reg and the electrolytics and go from there

I replaced the VR and Electrolytic's as well as checked every resistor and cap value and its still not working...
