Semi-Sweet 3 Lowcut

Is the B10K Lowcut pot on the Semi-Sweet 3 supposed to be dual gang or is there something I'm not understanding?

I just ran into this as well. The parts list in the build doc is missing the usual "dual" notation next to the Locut pot
