Soldering Sponge Recommendation

Where can I get a soldering sponge that doesn’t have a donut hole in the middle of it?

Use a Lucy muff(copper brillo pad).
Hot take. Sponges are for losers who like replacing their tips.

I use a thin dish sponge the few times I do. Usually it's just the brass afro. The sponge cleans better.

I tried the sponge for a while but found it real frustrating to keep the moisture right. The brass scrubber ball is way better.

I use both but I like the shine I get from the sponge. Plus every once in awhile I get burnt wire on the iron and the sponge seems better for cleaning that up.

I’m using steel wire balls meant for cleaning stock pots. They’re found from your local hyper market or grocery. Do whatever with this piece of information about the misuse of kitchen stuff.

Steel works. But you're gonna wear down your tip faster.

Brass is better. But a wet sponge is needed sometimes.

Personally? Scissors, kitchen. Boom. Done.

First, is your tip really sponge worthy? Sorry, bad joke. I have always used the brass sponges. The moisture part always pissed me off with the wet sponges.
