Son of Benson j201 question

Hey guys, if you had two Fairchild j201s and one Smd j201 and were building the Son of Benson where you put them?

I’m thinking Fairchilds in 1&2 and the SMD in 3.

Does it even matter?

I made the mistake of selling off my last Son of Benson and now I’m making my fourth one for keeps.

If it were me and I had enough MMBFJ201s, I'd probably use SMD in all positions and save those TH Jfets for a board that didn't have SMD pads. Beyond that, I don't think it'll matter too much as long as they meet spec and bias to where they are supposed to.
