So I've had this apart now all day. Reflowed most of the joints. I don't even need the input jack wired up, the pop comes from the output jack... so it's not the 1M pull down on the input.
I also reflowed the wires going to the switch PCB... but not the switch itself yet.
I checked R48 on the output. Not sure where else to check...
So I replaced the LED and all is good. Is this a known issue? LED's causing switch pop? It's not in the signal path at ALL?!? How could a bad LED cause this? D2 below.
I would have suggested trying R48-10K, I have had this issue on a couple of Builds.
I did ask & you said it was only doing it when switched on, my experience was when switched On & Off & 10K to ground on the Output fixed it.
