Terrarium power section question.

In the power section it appears as though C4 and C8 are parallel as well as C9 and C5. Would I be ok to replace wither of these pairs of capacitors with a 220n cap?

There are multiple in parallel because they're located in different places on the PCB.

The goal is closer proximity, not so much additional capacitance.

With that said, you could probably omit one or both of them without a tremendous (noticeable) impact...
