Thermionic Deluxe Channel B Volume

The volume on Channel B is acting wonky. When the pot is fully ccw the volume is high and it sporadically changes and sputters when you turn it clockwise. I tested the pot with my ohm meter and it seems ok. Any ideas?

If this only happens on Channel B then I would double check the wiring of the Channel Select footswitch and look closely at the solder connections of the Channel B volume pot. Make sure you have nice solid continuity between Lug 1 of both volume pots.

It was one of the ICs that was bad, I switched it and all is zen.
