When I switch up to Glimmer reverb it´s sound like a tremolo!

Any good clear photos of both sides of of the PCB so we can see the details and double check the wiring to all the off-board stuff?

Maybe spend 30 minutes or so reading about different kinds of problems other folks have had with that pedal, or a similar one. From your description, someone might simply guess that you built the wrong pedal. And I'm pretty sure that is not the problem. Sharing pictures of both sides of your board, wiring and switches is a good place to start.

With the POWER REMOVED, and the toggle switch set to "Glimmer", check to see if the is a short between pin #13 on the FV-1 to ground.
