Thumb Sucker Compressor

Last, but not least on my "things I built while on holiday break" list is a Thumb Sucker compressor. I built this primarily for my bass, but it works just as well on guitar. For this build I decided on trying out a relay board. It's an extra few steps to get a completed build, but I am happy with the result. It is, however, kind of cramped in a 125b. Oh well. I didn't have any 9v regulators that the build doc calls for, so I simply jumpered it for now. I have more on the way from Tayda coming in hopefully a week.

Similar to my last compressor build, I was trying to dust off the cobwebs of what all the knobs do. Some Google searches later and I have a better, but not perfect understanding. The tone switch really doesn't do anything to my ears, guitar OR bass. But, you be the judge.

Unfinished enclosure and temporary knobs, but will get some artwork done once the inspiration strikes in the next few weeks.
