Thumb Sucker

This is only the second compressor pedal I've ever used. The other is an Orange Squeezer I built over a decade ago. That OS is easy--one knob, you turn it up if you want more compression. The Engineer's Thumb, with so many parameters to control, feels more refined.

However, I've realized that I don't really have a problem I need a compressor to solve, so I don't know how to use it (yet).

Nice build!

I have an ET in my loop switcher, I like it for my cleans. I built the General Tso, too, but I prefer the ET. Tso doesn't have much squish. Not even half of the ET. :p

Just built this one about a week ago- my first guitar pedal compressor. I liked it when I tried it towards the end of my chain and was able to squish the dirt before it.
