Can someone tell me the pinout of these? Everywhere I look it’s the through hold version. I can’t tell which side is the “top”

One side should be more sloped than the other. The sloped side is 1 - 4 IIRC

The top should be in the left of the text when reading it and 1-4 is more sloped than 5-8
