To my US friends, Happy 4th of July!! (Not so much to my British friends...)

What is there to celebrate? A bunch of crackpots flee the old world because Europe, known for it's religious tolerance and freedoms, think you're batsh!t crazy. Then, after the British have decimated their budget and racked up a huge debt saving you from the French, you decide you don't want any part of the deal. Sounds like a bunch of ungrateful teenagers to me! :D

Enjoy your holiday! Cherish this time. The British will come again.

Dude, it was all for an excuse to grill tasty meats and drink beer.......

Can they at least build a couple decent pubs in my neighborhood this time? I pledge fealty for that alone.

Gotta keep those indentured servants paying their way somehow..

You got the pubs, it's the decent beer which is lacking..
To this day, still a bunch of skin flints "in charge" skipping out on the bill.....

The good beer is imported, with 1 or 2 smaller label exceptions, a large portion of the masses don't get that you have to buy less of it(and getting rid of it later...)

Well interestingly after many years of drinking nothing but craft beer, my favorite anymore is good old Yuengling. Brewed right here in sunny, moist, humid, hurricane prone, Florida in the old Stroh's plant near Tampa.

There's some goofy territorial law thing that you can't buy Yuengling west of the Rockies or something.

Yuengling is good, I like their Black and Tan, but my preference is a good Porter or Stout!
