Not sure, but I can tell you what I’d do. Find the data sheet.
Then find some builds that use mosfets - Catalinbread, stuff with mu amps. Grab data sheets for the mosfets used in those circuits. Compare. If the specs line up, breadboard with your new found mosfets.
