Very weird problem with guitar amp

Hi everyone,

My guitar amp stop sound if I touch the positive(+) of the input jack with ground(-) of a pedal or guitar output jack.

It´s like when it makes big noise becouse the jack is not conected on one side the amps stop making any noise...

If that doesnt happen the amp works perfectly

Do you have another guitar to test? It sounds like the problem may be the guitar and not the amplifier.

I try it with all my guitars and with diferents pedals. It´s very weird.

When I unplug the jack of my pedal or my guitar, it´s make the big noise of disconnect it without turn volume down or standby it. That´s normal in all amps.

But in this one, when that happens, the amp doesnt sound until you turn it off and on again
