My board is my main focus the past few days. Just got the HX Effects in so that I don't have to worry about delays, reverbs, or a looper (and all the other wacky stuff it can do)
The empty boxes will be getting stuffed with some of my favorite circuits - DuoPhase, Mootron, Divided Octave (should I harass Robert to do a big ass Beigel Box?), Arcadiator, and Into the Unknown (all with my own tweaks and twists, of course- if you've seen my recent build reports, these will be the results of those shenanigans).
I'll still have one spot for a 125b to fill, but going through my stash of builds, nothing really grabbed me that one of the other pedals can't already do...

Was cleaning up the basement this weekend, and when I was getting rid of some old VHS tapes, I realized that the cases would make for great PCB storage. Made up some labels for em, and they’re perfect for the job— and they fit perfectly in the leftmost section of the middle drawer of my workbench!
Too many OD/Distortion/Boost PCBs to fit in one, and not enough EQ or Dynamics (comp/gate) to warrant their own cases, so those are all just in a shoebox elsewhere.
Printer is on the futz, but you get the idea

For now, it’s the “Guitar Synths, Octavers, Pitch Shifters, CMOS, Multieffects, and More” category. Ring Mod will have its own case when @Robert makes Gonkulator & Frequency Analyzer PCBs

Ill probably be buying like 4-5 of each right off the bat, and I’m pretty sure at least one of them has somewhat difficult-to-find chips, so perhaps… ideally though, no case required

Making progress on these 7. Kliche, Tommy III, Unicab, Son of Ben, General Tso, Muffler, and Bit Commander. I’ve got designs for 2 enclosures as well. I thought when I bought 7 last time, that I’d surely be set for like…the rest of the year. Cut to Friday when I bought 15 more

I have the same fumes extractor and keep it as close otherwise it doesn't do anything. How often do you change the filter? Mine is a nice shade of gray already.

i’ve changed it once, but i think the performance of its sucking power drops dramatically after a few hours use (20-30? i have no idea) and so i give the filter a good rinse and every now and then.
i guess that doesn’t really do much good when it’s supposed to be a ‘carbon filter’ or whatever, but for me the main point is to suck fumes away, there’s a window directly in front of the desk so i’m not too bothered if the filters ‘aren’t doing anything’

I love vero! I highly recommend the vero boards at SBP they have plated eyelets like a normal circuit board so you solder either side.
