I like Bombay Sapphire, I usually keep it and New Amsterdam in my home bar, I also like Beefeaters. We have a local distillery makes a real good Gin, also.Thoughts on Bombay Sapphire?

He'd perfected his recipe, but at the time was waiting for HK government's stamp of approval; before the branding and website and license to distill it, my friend and I would spend the occasional evening getting schnocked under the table in Kit's yard (pictured above, pretty sure that Tele body is my friend's)...

Personally, I'm a beer drinker, the darker the better, but I like a Gin and tonic occasionally in summertime, and a bourbon or a single malt in the winter so I try to keep a little of those around, and Vodka, because I do love a good Bloody Mary for occasional Sunday brunch.@Barry while I'm not a big gin-drinker, yeah, my favourite used to be Bombay Sapphire.
