What's for dinner?

Did you knead out the big bubbles after the first rise? "Punch down" the dough?
This was my first pizza tumor in as long as I can remember. I preheat a cast iron pizza pan at 500 and spread the dough on it after stretching it.

It popped up in one spot where the dough was a little thin. Unfortunately by that point it was too hot to handle directly.

So I made some chicken gravy with lots of chicken meat, and served it over buttered home made sourdough toast for dinner

Yes, that's right. I made CHICKEN SHIT ON A SHINGLE for dinner!!!! No pics, it was gone in 60 seconds, lol. My fiancee LOVED it.
Haha my mom and her brothers and sisters were always joking around about eating “shit on a shingle”

Fresh sour-dough brownies with dark-chocolate chunks.

SSSSSSOOOO YYYYUUUUMMMMYYYY!!!

Yet…Not too sweet! Managed to get a pic before devouring. The home-made-from-scratch felafel patties the other night were as good, just savoury — no pic.

Oh, and some chick peas soaking for dinner in the background.

I had "SOS" regularly growing up. Especially when working my uncle's cattle ranch. I always thought of it as dinner style biscuits n gravy. It's.... just aight. One of those things that requires so much pepper and or ketchup that you start questioning whether you actually like the food.

My gravies come out perfect every time, especially my smoked balsamic ginger turkey gravy. No lumps, and delicious! And toasted home made buttered sourdough? Priceless 🍻
