This was my first pizza tumor in as long as I can remember. I preheat a cast iron pizza pan at 500 and spread the dough on it after stretching it.Did you knead out the big bubbles after the first rise? "Punch down" the dough?
It popped up in one spot where the dough was a little thin. Unfortunately by that point it was too hot to handle directly.
