Not terribly exciting, but definitely going to try and do some cool stuff with this… mods too perhaps? Needed an expression pedal for an up coming build, so why not get two birds with one stone? And a volume pedal that can do both, picked this up used pretty cheap still in the box.

These just showed up in the mail today. My $55 pair of Filtertrons.

Seem really well made, although I'm not sure what kind of magnets are in it. They definitely have some heft.

These will be going in my 12 String HarleyBacker. Still waiting for some pickup trim rings and...uhm.....some strings to come in before I dive into this project.

I did a little research on "BHK Pickups" and these are Chinese made pickups that are used in the Gretsch Electromatic series. They also make the Blacktop version as well. So I'm pretty stoked as these are pretty nice sounding pickups from as I recall from the Electromatics I've played.

I keep buyin sand texture blacks and greys pretending I'm all hard, but this one is secretly my favorite.
