Whipped Cream Overdrive - No sound when effect is engaged.

Hello! I have built this Whipped Cream OD and like the title says there is no sound when the effect is engaged, but when bypassed sound is coming through like it should. The LEDs also light up.
I'll be the first to admit that the wiring is a little crazy, but I triple checked everything and hopefully there are no problems with that.
I've built around 40 - 50 pedals and been extremely lucky so far up until now. Since I am new to troubleshooting how should I go about fixing this?
Any replies and ideas are welcome!

So I figured out if I make a connection between the 3rd leg on the volume pot (5th pic directly soldered to the board) and the output (5th pic, wire coming out of the board on the top left corner next to the pot) I get an effected signal that sounds great and the pedal works. Buttt... When bypassed I just get noise and like 1/2 of the clean volume coming through. Does anybody know what is going on here?

I replaced the bypass switch and wired the ins and outs to the jacks and got rid of the jumper thinking this would solve it, but I am back where I was originally. Then I added back the jumper and I am getting the effect only. Any help or suggestions to get around this would be awesome. Wish the schematics were available!
