Why It doesnt works?

I did the Match 1 PCB lightspeed


Led always on and when I push the footswitch It doesnt sound.

You need to Remove the 2 Electrolytics tack together, That is just asking for Trouble. Put correct Value in!
Led always on could be you have solder bridge between GND & SW pads on PCB on reverse side.
As chongmagic kindly suggested, there are definitely a few spots I would check, also a continuity check would help.
A picture of the Reverse side would also help.

Okay I will try. GND&SW are not together and I will changue the electrolytics.
